Have you fully purged the fuel system after changing the filters etc?

Try following the fuel lines from the tank, through to the engine and back. Are there any signs of damage etc.?

That sounds like the problem that deadbeatdad has. He has changed the filter and the fuel pump and still no better.
We were thinking that the problem is the injector seals. Not spoken to him for a while, but you might want to have a read of his thread:

or drop him a PM?

It would point towards injector seals, or bleed back pipes. The seals have been changed, perhaps the bleed back pipes may need a good looking at.

Fill the tank if the pump goes quite its the pump whats pulling air in. Ive had the same problom but managed to cure it with a lot of fiddling about.

Hi Guys as posted on my thread still no change, even with changing the pump filter harness but still is a [half shaft] to start and now its getting after ten minutes of running it cuts out. It only starts again after purging the system and pumping the throttle, but only runs for another ten minutes then have to do the same again. had it to a specialists who cannot find the problem either

non return valve in the fuel filter housing? there is also an air bleed valve in the same assembly, both available as a kit.
